Image
Design portfolio  Intent This concept combines innovative design, making it an attractive solution , this flower pot concepts give me a variety of ideas and contributes to my creative drive , this design is  stylish and gives modern looks. It is  easy to design and is very inspirational Manufacturing process in this filigree project i melted metal 20g of fine silver and i began to roll using a hand roller till the smallest measurements of the roller, went on to use the draw plates to create a square wire up to 1mm, i made a frame. I continued to draw the wire up to 0.3mm before twisting, I went to the bench motto and prepared wire for filigree ,i coiled my wire into the S shapes to, went on and used hard solder to solder my filigree one by one and made sure it is strong before bending. I used a dome plate to dome my piece and give it a semi-circle shape, with 1mm wire i made a Oring equivalent to the semi-circle, filled the Oring with filigree and capped the two sides with...

During this project I melted sterling silver ,began to roll the metal to 1.1mm then i used the dividers to make a circle according to the measurements given ,I pierced the circle out then went to use the dome block and the punch to dome a circle ,using my dividers I marked another circle 2mm down the given measurements I began to make little holes using the scrubber ,I drilled using 0.6 drill bit to make a small hole ,using the diamond bur I penetrated into the small circle to enlarge the hole, I pierced the center of my  piece then used a bigger diamond bur to penetrate a hole for the center stone  I marked using the scrubber in between the small holes followed by using my triangle filers to create a circular motion around the circles, I marked parallel with the holes and used a straight Frazer to make a line for the claws I made wire of 0,9mm for the claws and soldered them in the lines. I marked 1mm forward from the small holes and i drilled holes using a drill bit of 0.8mm...

during this project i manufactured 2 strips of metal 22mm long and 3,8mm width to make tubes using the cone punching blog. I marked out my claws taking note the solder seam and positioning one of the hexagon punches into my solder seam. marked my lines and saw then used a straight Frazer to open up my lines, used my Berret file to create a nice v shape and making my lines straight. i marked my bottom claws in between the spaces and scrabbed 1.5mm from the bottom and used my triangular files to open the bottom part and create a MC Donald's logo ,I sawed the lines in-between the M shapes to give an antique look, I created an Oring using 1.2mm square wire in relation to the measured bottom of my setting then added a bar using the same wire across the bottom ,i drilled 0.9mm hole in the middle point of the bar ,I soldered my thin wire from the bottom avoiding excess wire.  I melted my remaining metal used a rolling machine to roll my metal up to 2mm ,used my 925 stamp to stamp...

during this project melted Brass scraps and began to roll the metal using a hand roller ,I made round wire up to 1mm thickness and the second wire  was 0,8mm thickness f or the small round links .I used a ring mandrel to and tied around it to made round spring like circles ,I began to saw the spring to make links and with my pliers I started constructing my bracelet. I applied flux on the joints then heated my metal ,i used hard solder to solder the joints then i put the piece inside the pickle to clean up. I used my brass brush to clean the piece before using my small polishing mops to nicely polish my piece and give it a clean and eye catching look.
